Refund policy

Return Policy: Anime World is an Exchange ONLY， No Returns and NO Refunds in all locations. You may, however, depending on the product EXCHANGE it for another equal or higher value if you have a valid receipt within 2-14 of purchase date.
Items that are FINAL sale are Manga/Books, Pens, Food, Wigs, Gacha Balls/Mystery Boxes, Grab Bags, Collectibles, Clearance items, and Weapons.
Cosplay outfits, T-Shirts, Hoodies, Scarves, and Hats should be exchanged within TWO days of purchasing it, and it must be unworn, unwashed and no damages.
All items wanting to be exchanged MUST have original tags still on the product, unopened from plastic wrapping, and not damaged in any way.
